Refund and Returns Policy

For eligible online purchases, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, email ming@ming95.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

• Returned items should be unused and in their original condition.
• Where possible, please return items in their original packaging.
• Custom-made, personalised, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

For standard returns during the cooling-off period, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise. If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we will review the best solution.
